eW3 Design, a web and graphic design solutions company located in Sacramento, California, launched their new website Friday, September 9, 2011 offering creative web and graphic design solutions for small to medium sized business and organizations.

"We're anxious to get going and offer our services to the many unique businesses in the Sacramento area”, says Kyle Hagel of eW3 Design. "We feel we have a lot to offer and yet we know the market is saturated with similar businesses, we think we’re a bit more unique in that we offer a wider range of services with more price points."

Kyle also says that one of the services that they offer that most organizations, cities, counties and businesses are leaning toward is Content Management System (CMS) implementation. Kyle says it like this, "A CMS is an expensive upfront cost but spread over time, a CMS will only benefit the client by way of saving money on Web Designer contract fees for those easy updates whereas the administrator or assigned uses can do it themselves." 

He explained that a CMS is a “web-based software installed on a server that allows the administrator and assigned uses to use their favorite browser to login to the interface, manage and quality control their own website content." That is, all the editing is done in the browser. No expensive software to install locally, no hired HTML designer and no pesky expensive software license. Unfortunately for eW3 Design, this does remove an element of one of their services which is Website Maintenance and Updates but they know this service is still needed because there are millions of old websites still using only HTML and CSS.
